If my name in one passport said: Karen Susan Fisher* and another passport said Karen Susan Fisher Jones*, and I needed to travel but use both passports, what name would the ticket be in? Is it ok to be in Karen Fisher?

I know this is early morning and is complicated, I am sorry.

*This person is fictional (lol)

Always attach both passports together & the Airline will not have an issue wid the name on the ticket as long as its on the passport in whatever shape & form. You should be fine.

If the ticket says Karen Susan Fisher you'll be fine. Can I ask which airline and which country you are travelling to?Thanks S&D I travel to UK and France with 1st and 3rd name and the passport with a 4th name seems ok, but now it is to the US, and I am worried. EK

I'll let S&D know youre asking and hopefully she'll be able to give you a definitive answer either way. I only have 1 passport but too many names...pain in the proverbial every time.

put a message on here for scotch and diet, she'll know if the thought of ringing the air5line traumatizes you. well I have asked and asked and they always answer me with a question, which usually starts with 'why do you have to use 2 passports'.....life is complicated when we are running underground!!!

So long as you out a first name and a last name that exists in both passports you will be fine. Also note, if you have an airline loyalty card, you need to use the same name that you use on that card or the points won't easily register. Thanks. That is what I have always done, but recently I was asked when booking to give the full name in my passport....yikes!!! and I cannot change the name in either passport. Yes my loyalty card is under the first and third name. LOL

Probably best to get clarification from the airline. You have a 50/50 chance and sod's law says you'll pick the wrong one. Just as well you clarified it's a false name or there'd be a raft of people searching for Karen Susan Fisher on Facebook :)
