I've seen nice Shleich toys in ELC and some other shops here. My son is into dinosaurs and I want to buy some for his collection but they are a bit pricy. Do they ever have a discount on Shleich toys here?

I usually buy from this website just before Christmas and/or Jan/Feb for niece and nephew birthdays. I think sale price depends on how much stock they have. I got better deals than I currently see on their webpage at those times of the year so assume timing it right when they have stock is the best bet.

we are die-hard shleich fans here! glad to see ELC was carrying them, horrified to see the price tags. i was always buying them off Amazon back home in the US. will just have to carry on with my shop and ship :(

Yes try this website www.schleich.org.uk Because it has the official schleich name I assume they are legitimate. I have got some fantastic things through this website. I usually buy a few at a time to make it worthwhile and use for presents.

You do get online sales. Especially of old stock lines. I regularly buy this way for birthday presents and it's been a great way to complete a whole set, especially for Xmas. They are considerably cheaper. I did worry they might be fakes but I've been delighted with everything we have ever received. They are great quality and same as some lines I've seen in uk and Dubai shops.

Shleich toys are never on sale anywhere, not even in the UK - my son's been collecting them for years...

I agree with Sarahlou. My kids love schleich figures but they are never in sale. I buy them online and ship them as they often are a lot cheaper.
