Not sure where NBH3 is but if emicool is your provider, you will need to pay a fixed cost for capacity (the space they need for your appartment whether you use it or not). This is usually billed to the owner, not tennant. Find out for sure who will pay it and ask to see proof that it was paid before you sign. Don't remember what a one bedroom is but I think it starts at around 6K... then you need to pay for usage..... it's not cheap... Get the meter serial number from the real estate agent and call emicool again, they are quite helpful and may even give you accurate costs of your appartment..

hi, I am about to sign a contract to move to NBH 3, but i have read so many reviews about Emicool, wich are really alarming, so right now i am not sure if it is good idea to sign my contract or not. Could anybody tell me more or less how much is the monthly payment for 1 bedroom appartment, and how does the load charge work. this is because i am very confused and the agent hasnt told us anything about it. actually he said we just need to pay the consumption and the deposit, but we called emicool and they told us a different story :(. I appriaciate any comments Thanks

reviving an old thread... ;) Does anybody know if this 'capacity charge' can be avoided?.... I'll need to switch on Emicool soon but there is an outstanding amount of almost 2000dhs that needs to be paid... this is the amount of 'capacity charges' accrued since we moved in. We have not connected emicool or even signed a contract so it seems a bit steep really. Hope you can help;)
