Check out Martin Lewis' UK website http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/ They've had good recommendations in the past for travel insurance companies for older people with pre-existing conditions. Having said that, my Mum has had good coverage through Saga - we always find buying an annual policy for her works out much better value, even if she only comes here once, as she's then covered for even one night away anywhere else, even the UK. My in-laws (in their 80s) get theirs at what I think is a ridiculously cheap price through their UK bank. Worth checking.

My mum hopes to come the Dubai for Christmas from the UK. She has been quoted GBP750 for 3 weeks insurance. She is 92 years old, does anyone have any recommendations for a good travel insurance provider either in the UK or UAE that offers good rates. Thanks for any help offered. Dont waste your time with UAE insurers as you need the cover from UK based insurers.

Hi, you can try Emirates NBD. It is good. Most of my friends get it from nbd or nbad. But as she is coming from UK i think she needs to get travel insurance from there itself. check with banks once http://www.mymoneysouq.com/insurance/compare-travel-insurance-uae or see this you might get more information.
