Just to add, I have always found it in stock in Parknshop, Choithrams by Safa Park and Spinneys in Mercato...sometimes in stock in the Spinneys on Beach Road...I love the stuff, it's replaced rice in my diet and is fab as a salad...!

We eat quinoa at least once a week on average and find stores supplies very hit and miss. We usually have 'superfood salad', with quinoa, broccoli, pomegranite, feta, mint, parsley, spring onion, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds all chopped in it and forked through with lemon juice / olive oil dressing :)

Got some a few days ago at the Greens, but did have to ask where it was..........with organic stuff.....hidden. Just a tad expensive 36 aed ...gulp.....but really enjoying it. Fab if you slightly toast it first, and then add water and a stock cube.....yummy.
