Where to purchase household essentials

My husband will arrive in Dubai in 10 days. He will need to purchase some household basics: iron, kettle, microwave, frying pan etc as well as a bed and he will need to do this as soon as he arrives.
Can anyone suggest a shop or shopping area that would enable him to purchase everything he needs in the one stop? Cheers.
