Wondering about Al Nakheel Villas on Al sufouh. Why they are not registered on any site for Rent or Buy properties. It's year 2023 and no information on whole community online. What must be the reason? Are these for some private employees residence area. These single floor bungalows are beautiful.

Does anyone have a contact for the Flamingo villas or any other villa close by? Thank you The location is great and I don't mind that they are old. What rent is common for a 3 bed? Flamingo villa's are for Emirates Airlines' staff only. Check out Arenco villa's, next to Dubai College. Or Nakheel villa's, next to Flamingo.

We decided on the Al Nahkeel Villas and as I wrote previously here are the reasons why: "The Al Nahkeel Villas have a few available. They are not for everyone but if you like a community of older ranch-style independent villas with maids room, gardens on all sides, streets with mature green trees, swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurant, gym, easy access to SZR, next to Umm Suquiem and across from al Barsha, then you might like these. The community consists of singles/couples to young families and older couples. They have gone down in price so a 3 bedroom is around 165,000, I think." I do think there are still villas available but people seem to be moving in daily. They are older but the maintanance company is quick to take care of any problems that we have had since moving in. Our restaurant also delivers to your villa if you are too tired to cook or to go out. They have 3 and 4 bedroom villas and 2 bedroom townhomes. If you want contact info, I can get it for you.

Lived at Al Nakheel for several years before we left for Muscat 3 yrs ago - loved it! Older villas, but maintenance was good. Lived thru all the building works that went on in DMC and the new intersection. Great for kids as there is a pool and small licensed clubhouse. Own garden with shared communal grassed frontage. Made good friends with some neighbours who we kept in touch with and now see every time we head back up for a visit! Very green and established compound, but you are talking about villas which must be nearly 2 decades old by now.
