Anyone had a growth scan at 32 weeks?

Hi Ladies,so i am currently 31 weeks pregnant and the dr has scheduled me a 32 week growth scan. Now i didnt have this with my first and i have changed DR, so i am wondering if this is normal or if she suspects there is something wrong and wants to check before she tellsme.
My first DD was 4kg and at my 20 wk scan with this baby the sonographer did say i was measuring big and i have tried to measure the fundus height myself but am not sure i am doing it right but if i am so i am measuring very big. Funny though, all my friend skeep saying how small my bump is although i have already put on 14KG. Anyone shed some ligh?
