I would also say clarks as the feet need to correct type, size/width of shoe specially at a young age.

I find Pablovsky's soles way too hard for early walkers. Clark's has always been my choice. They do measure the little ones feet, and even take a photo of your little one if it is the first pair of shoes you buy for them :).

Clarks! They will properly measure your child and advise you on what shoe to buy. A little bit pricey though, but the sales are currently on.

I have yet to buy a pair of kids shoes here, but I highly recommend Stride Rite for the early walkers. I believe Pitter Patter in Dubai Mall carries the line, but their selection is not that extensive. I also love Crocs for the little ones just because they're so easy!
