Anybody know how you can become a DOULA?..am a UK qalified nurse working at a school in Dubai for 5 years with peadiatric cpr certificate..Iam really interseted in doing this kind of work.. thanks

its important that you KNOW that your Doula is trained and certified, that she is following a regulated Code of Conduct, and is accountable to her training establishment. That you are able to contact her training body yourself , and confirm her credentials etc, otherwise you would be as well taking your friend, your nieghbour, work colleague...

Hi Eva, I'm a Doula here in Dubai, there are a few of us but I am unaware of any called Isabella, although I appreciate I don't know everyone here in Dubai I just want to give you a quick heads up that there are some people here calling themselves Doulas who are working without any formal training or certification. Good luck with your search
