i use cocout oil found in general grocery stores. i use it daily whether required or not as coconut oil is very good for skin too.

Bepanthen ointment, Metanium and olive/coconut/almond oil. I think virgin coconut oil is available at Organic Shop (Dubai Mall). I dont know if Metanium is available in Dubai, I bought DD's Metanium in the UK.

Metanium was a miracle cure for DDs nappy rash. It was so bad it was bleeding. I tried everything then someone recommended Metanium. Problem solved

I agree I use ecostore nappy cream which I think has coconut oil and olive oil as well as other natural ingredients. Ds is nearly 2 and has never really had a rash since we made the switch. Am not a fan of sudocream.

apply coconut oil whenever changing diaper or nappies in the folds of the legs. works as wonders. so far no diaper rash for my DS :) sudocream do tend to stick to skin,because of that my LO had little rash one day since then i am aplying coconut oil daily and he is perfectly fine. just wanted to share :D <em>edited by manubhadauria on 22/06/2012</em>
