Thanks, can you elaborate further? I had a nightmare last night that the results were really bad and that I was referred for an anmino - I guess it is playing on my mind! Don't know why the hospital cannot do the NT scan. Last time, my doc at one of the Emaar centres did the scan and blood tests.

i wont recommend you go there. go to dr george at 9 medical centre or dr ulrich at welcare. i know dr mirza is supposed to be "the best in the business" (whatever that means) but i have my own, as well as many friends', horror stories about being tested there. and it has nothing to do with his bed-side manner. good luck x

I met with my obgyn yesterday and she has referred me to the Fetal Centre for the NT Scan. The scan is AED1550 which includes the blood test. I was with a different clinic for the last pregnancy and paid nowhere near this! Can I get this done at another clinic at a cheaper cost? Also interested to hear from anyone that has had it done at the Fetal Centre and what the results were like. I have read some negative things about them on here so a bit concerned about using them.
