I wore the stockings and they made a huge difference. I would recommend them, even if they are a little warmer.

Try elevating your legs with a padded foot rest stool or something while sitting. It helped for me. And also when you lie down keep a pillow or two below your legs. edited by mssassy on 09/11/2013

Make sure u get your blood pressure checked ladies, as this can be an indication of pre-eclampsia.

Same here, I'm pregnant and suffer from swollen feet and ankles. I recommend Kenkoh sandals / flip flops. They help to reduce swelling in feet and they are very supportive so I don't suffer from back pain either. HTH

Wondering if anyone is facing the same issue: I am currently pregnant with my second and I am suffering from considerable swelling in my legs. They are fine when I get up but after a few hours they become unbearably swollen. I know wearing compression tights is recommended for this type of problem, but with the heat, I am wondering if that might not get too warm after a while? Any tips, recommended products that have helped you get through this? TIA!
