14 days after conceiving I started to have hot flashes, spotting and cramps like the period was coming but nothing. Also lots of energy during the day but by the afternoon very tired and with headaches. Quite Similar........Had cramps as if periods will start any minute but no spotting..... Only since past 2 days i have noticed that i wake up tired, need a nap in the afternoon (around 4 -5 pm) and am again sleepy by 11 pm......and quite mild headaches in the eves.... it is my 6 - 7 week.......

Oh yeah! My boobs starting hurting day 4(ish) after conceiving, then within about another 10 days of this, I started getting dizzy and throwing up... my vomiting didn't stop till about 20 mins before DS was born though!

Was at a friends and she said "You look off, something just does not look right! Are you feeling okay?" Head was spinning a bit, so i left her house, bought a pregnancy test, went home and got a BFP! :D I was 11 dpo!
