Ok.. I know people are going to hate my parenting skills (really??) for this but then I got a small pack of all the types that are available for DS... Because I would hate to spend money on brand names for something which we are just going to throw away within an hour or two. Pampers Premium (etc) /HUGGIES.. I would go for them if there is no other brand available in the markets worldwide.. Drypers-- Ewww.. Bad !! Lido- Diapers are not bad but there is tiny wee bit of plastic hanging out from the diaper on the sides where hip meets the legs. I have also tried Carrefour , Lulu, Bambi and I have had no problems with any of them. Touchwood, DS hasn't had any itches or rashes and these brands have worked well with him. NO complaints what so ever. Just need to keep in mind that in case of lulu brand, there is another fold inside the diaper. Just don't open it up. No leaks, no issues whatsoever.I keep Lulu for home and Bambi or C4 whenever we go out.

I love Sanita Bambi. I tried all the supermarket brands here, and pampers with various leakage, bursting issues. I refused to buy Huggies because of the waste - so expensive for something that's only going to get wee'd/ poo'd on! Anyhow, yes... Sanita Bambi. Love 'em.... and they don't feel filled with pellets either. A nice solid nappy.

Thanks! Am gonna try Carrefour ones a shot too :) Yea, the only prob with Sanita is that they are a bit roungh on the leg.. my DD always has the lines on her thighs... but they dont particularly hurt her. Yeah do that Shaf..Was really not expecting much when I bought the carrefour ones but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised!

That's great to know. I always wondered how those would be but never dared to purchase them...will definitely do it now.

Last month I bought a few different brands to try for my DS...not particularly to save money but more to compare the quality. So I got Sanita, Carrefour, Pampers Regular & Pampers premium. I would rate them as follows: 1)Pampers Premium: Really nice..soft and stretchy. They are pricey but I love them! 2)Carrefour: I was surprised that these were better than the regular pampers...felt nice and no leaks. 3)Pampers regular: We all know the quality of these ;) 4)Sanita Bambi: No problems with absorbency but the elastic band around the legs was a little rough...so dint like the feel much. Not tried the Lulu, fine etc so cant comment.

I use them too and they are great. I've used them for my 2 kids and never had any leaks and rashes. I like that they come in huge jumbo sizes for cheap. I don't think bambi does any pull ups, I have never seen any tbh.

Not to hijack, but I am pretty unhappy with the huggies pull ups and swimmers. I need a good pull up brand. Does Sanita Bambi do a pull up version? Huggies leakes and the water gets into her swimmer (I have the right size I think). TIA

I do and I use them regularly. I have never had a problem with them. They are just as good as the more expensive brands. I think people don't like to admit they are using a cheaper brand of diapers so that is why you rarely hear about Bambi. I have actually never had leaking problems with even the cheapest brands, but I do find that the cheapest brands (Fine, Lulu, etc.) are too bulky which is why I don't buy them. edited by AnonDubai on 18/03/2011

Anyone here buys this brand? With my DS i did huggies initially before moving to pampers. With DD, i started pampers, but I feel it gives her rashes. So just for the heck of it I got Sanita Bambi cos it was a lot cheaper and it works! Am i imagining it or is Sanita Bambi actually quite nice? Any reviews? I am just a bit apprehensive because everyone I know only talks abt huggies or pampers and am wondering if there is soemthing wrong with sanita bambi..
