Hi Ladies,

I've only been to Dubai Aquarium and have visitors that are undecided as to which one to go to. I thought going to Atlantis would be good since they've already been to The Dubai Mall, but I have read a review saying The Lost Chambers is pretty poor.

Any more reviews to share please?

If its just the aquarium you want to see then Lost Chambers is good however I prefer the water zoo upstairs at the Dubai Mall Aquarium. Doing the upstairs and down stairs at Dubai Mall IMHO is much better than Lost Chambers.

Oh, they also have some majlis style cushions on the floor at places so you can sit and watch the fish swimming around... if you have the time its quite relaxing.

I suppose Dubai Aquarium is pretty good for the 'wow it's big' factor, but I enjoyed the little themed areas at Lost Chambers... there is one stunning tank that has the neon fisht hat glow under lights, it's so colourful and pretty. Ok so the 'lost civilisation' thing is made up and more for the kids but it's dark and mysterious and very 'sci fi' like... whereas from what I remember Dubai Mall one is quite brightly lit... I din't mind Lost Chambers, but then again the entry was part of a stay at the hotel so we didn't pay only for that iykwim, my sisters enjoyed it and normally it's not their 'thing'. If you're planning to go and make a day of it then why not. The jellyfish are pretty cool, too.
