May be too much for u... but would u consider these pups. I received this email from a friend. There are 5 puppies living outside in Um Al Quwain. They are around 3 months old. We took some puppies from there in summer and found them homes. And there is a new litter now. If nobody takes them, they will live there with the adult dogs and breed more and most probably not live too long as the Municipality might do something to them if there is too many of them. Unfortunately we dont know anyone who could keep the pups for some time till we find them homes and i personaly have 6 rescued dogs at home and cant take anymore ;-( The litter we took in summer was really cute puppiies, they looked like little labradors. There is one adult dog, very friendly, he looks like husky mix, he spends all evenings with the workers there. He was the father of the previous litter and maybe now again. If are able to foster them, let me know and i can put u in touch with my friend. If u cant consider all of them, perhaps 2 or 3? :-) email sylv dot eliz at gmail dot com.

Hubby has relented, and I am now allowed to foster :D Criteria would be pups only as we have a household of other animals (and children) and we'd have a better chance of socializing small pups than grown dogs. It has to be on a temporary basis while forever homes are found, this is a non negotiable from hubby ( i do hope to wear him down eventually, but for now I had better not abuse his good faith) So there you go, let me know when I'm needed Brilliant news, good on you, x
