Anyone out there had success getting help in Dubai?. I've tried for three years with alternative therapies, did help but my symptoms are now disabling me. I need a name and contact number of a good doctor please ladies...
I've tried a couple of Consultants who took bloods and my history, diagnosed menopause, then offered prozac, depression/mood swings with this condition are the least of my worries. I'm only 47 AHHHHHHH.

it might be a dangerous suggestion, but i figured that if i encountered the 'change' in the uae i would start popping the mini pill + the progesterone cream. I seem to recall reading on another thread that you are only 26 years old, I hope you have a few more decades until you are even approaching menopause!!!! x With the way everything turns out in my life, I have to pre-plan every last detail so *I* don't get looked over.

I am absolutely not a doctor. (which is why i said it could be dangerous) my mom did it though and it worked well for her---and she was a doctor. but again, she may have done her own hormone checks/blood tests and figured she could wing it that way.

Does the cream get rid of the hot flushes? Yes it has - that was the last syptom to be controlled though. If you read the website it tells you that you may initially get a bit of a surge in symptoms and if so to cut back on the cream and increase again gradually. That is what happened to me my flushes initially increased slightly but are now mostly under control except for the odd minor one - nothing like they used to be.

I second that.. I was having really bad symptoms that were having a big effect on me. After reading a recommendation on here for the Serentity cream I decided to try it. It has worked and very quickly, although not all of symptoms have gone 100% but that is probably because I forget to use it some days.

Hi Bellucci Check out this website http://www.wellsprings-health.com/. I started using the cream Serenity and within weeks my symptoms had virtually disapeared. Got to be worth a try! If you order online they will deliver it to Dubai. Its a natural progesterone cream with no apparent side effects. Read all the info on there website and see what you think. Good luck lancashirelass.
