Rivington Grill - we've not been here long but have eaten there three times including Christmas Day which I think says it all. Sit out on the terrace and watch the fountains!

Wafi Gourmet's home cooked selection is wonderful-otherise our local Indian takeaway with the most unlikely name of Sputhern Fried Chicken Food Garden-no idea how they thought that up!-that has the best and cheapest selection including an Arabic, Chinese, Indian and Western menu-including some of the best kibbeh I have ever tasted and some yummy Indian dishes-plus they come so quickly and the food is so hot-not a restaurant I guess but we love it!

Gosh so many to choose from! For brunch I would say Anise at the Intercontinetal. The food, service, everything was outstanding. For a yummy curry I love India Palace either delivered or sat on the Terrace at Festival City. Dhow and Anchor for pub grub. Go west for mexican. Saffron and Kaleidascope buffet at Atlantis, again sitting outside to get away from the canteen vibe! I honestly couldn't pick just one :)

I am vegetarian and live in DG so my local favourite restaurant is Saravanaa Bhojan Shala. Cheap and tasty. For fine dining you cannot go past Magnolia for meat-free magnificent meals.
