I just received an email that said 80% of women will lie when asked what they last ate.

45% go with something healthier
25% go with something tastier
10% go with something percieved a 'naughty' food

So ladies what did you really eat last?

I just finished off a 35g box of crunchy nut cornflakes (dry). Not healthy, not completely naughty but it sure was tasty :D

Handful of hazelnuts, cup of hot chocolate and a corn chip - I opened the bag, ate one and then put the pack away. I'm so pleased with myself as I could easily have finished the pack off (large size too). I find it very hard to resist nibbling at night; I'm fine all day but in the evening I always fancy something nice. edited by A Rancher on 14/03/2011

Broiled mozzarella cheese on a french stick, with fresh basil. It was buffalo mozzarella, which has unfortunately put "Buffalo Soldiers" on a loop in me heed....which is only unfortunate 'cause I only know the first four lines and the chorus. I don't think my singing and dancing in the kitchen added much value to the snack. Buffalo soldier, dreadlock rasta: It was a buffalo soldier in the heart of America, stolen from Africa, brought to America: Fighting on arrival, fighting for survival. I mean it, when I analyse the stench, to me it make a lot of sense. How did dreadlock rasta was buffalo soldier. And he was taken from Africa, brought to America. Fighting on arrival, fighting for survival. Say it was a buffalo soldier, dreadlock rasta. Buffalo soldier, in the heart of America. If you know your history, Then you would know where you coming from, Then you wouldnt have to ask me, Who the heck do you think I am. Im just a buffalo soldier in the heart of america, Stolen from africa, brought to america, Said he was fighting on arrival, fighting for survival; Said he was a buffalo soldier win the war for america. Dreadie, woy yoy yoy, woy yoy-yoy yoy, Woy yoy yoy yoy, yoy yoy-yoy yoy! Woy yoy yoy, woy yoy-yoy yoy, Woy yoy yoy yoy, yoy yoy-yoy yoy! Buffalo soldier troddin through the land, wo-ho-ooh! Said he wanna ran, then you wanna hand, Troddin through the land, yea-hea, yea-ea. Said he was a buffalo soldier win the war for america; Buffalo soldier, dreadlock rasta, Fighting on arrival, fighting for survival; Driven from the mainland to the heart of the caribbean. Singing, woy yoy yoy, woy yoy-yoy yoy, Woy yoy yoy yoy, yoy yoy-yoy yoy! Woy yoy yoy, woy yoy-yoy yoy, Woy yoy yoy yoy, yoy yoy-yoy yoy!
