reading all your posts was really nice, made me smile (then i look to my left and see my dd trying to eat a tissue that i just used, smile turned into a laughing smiley face of disgust lol, ) smiling again.. ya kiwiwispers looking down and seeing her nurse is where i get most emotional, i think to myself, can i ever stop this wonderful moment, i think i can nurse her till she is twenty just to feel that connection and amazement. laura, i miss you and cant wait to see you i want to go to the meet up group, but i am looking at the time and am thinking gosh will i make it> and shjbelle, hey did i see you at h&m the other week? i think i did but wasnt sure if it was you i think we smiled and made eye contact, yes we should meet up, i was so excited to meet you when you were all preggers, now i would love to beet the babe! xx ahhh the wonders of being a mom : ) (sorry for al the misspelled words) <em>edited by julzandrews on 29/08/2011</em>

I was exactly the same when DD hit the 9 month mark. I couldn't believe that we'd 'been together' already 18 months. DH thought I was nuts when I got all teary about it!

I know what you mean, mine just turned ONE, and is talking now, and looking like a little boy not a baby. I look down at him nursing and can not believe this giant child draped across me (and half the couch) used to fit in one arm (sob), now people are starting to give me a hard time for not putting him on a nursery waiting list, even the thought of it makes me teary, my little baby where have you gone :( ! Then again, can you even remember your life without them, seems like a century ago! (and looks/feels like I am a century older ;))

Oh so true!! My dd will be 9 months next week. I dont think a day goes by without me getting a bit emotional cause she is growing up too quickly. I dont know where the time has gone, but it feels like yesterday that I gave birth! We are so so blessed with our little bubbas! xx

Congratulations! My baby turned 9 months on 18th.Just a week before that I was telling myself that i only have another three months to do all the things I wanted to do with my bubs while she is still a baby. Its been the most magical 9 months so far and I miss it already...
