The Body Balancers in JLT are fantastic, they take a slightly different approach and look at the problem as a whole, not just the one problem area. That's what any good osteopath does, in fairness. They work more on the physio side of things and do the Dorne (sp) method as well.

I also go to Aziza, she is lovely and a great Osteo. I have been going to the Osteo Health Centre for years and have used their physio and osteopaths and they are all very good a what they do!

For me, Lauren is the miracle-worker (at the same place) - fixed my completely crocked pelvis in 3 or 4 sessions.

If you would prefer a female oeseoptah I highly recommend Aziza Zubeidi from the Dubai Osteopathic Centre. She works from both the Al Wasl Road and Mirdiff practices. http://www.osteopathydubai.com/about_us.htm I second Aziza - she's put me back together many a time (hi CT!)
