I was particular about wanting Pakistani embroidery on my wedding gown and not Indian as its not as intricate. Anyway I wasnt able to find a single store that had what I was looking for. From what I know Dubai has a very poor selection of Pakistani bridal wear.

Pakistani bridal suits, you won't find at Jamal Abdul Nasser, only arabic dresses. Sahib in the cloth market behind sharjah cinema has Bridal Outfits, and there are lots of other shops in the same market....with lots of outfits that you will probably need. There are jewellery (artificial bridal sets) shops there as well with the most gorgeous 'kundan' jewellery.... for Pakistani/traditional bridal make up - your best options would be: Ghazala Mir(on facebook) - more 'Karachi' looking make-up Ghazala of Alle Nora - more 'Lahore' touch... (if you're from pakistan u'll understand) Personally I love both for different reasons... :) happy to explain/give you the contacts just drop me your email.... take care... thanks Mahwish, you may contact my friend at . pls letme know I will delete her address. she is basically from Karachi.
