Should I wait for Dr. Elsa?
Hello Ladies,
I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and I was trying to get in with Dr. Elsa as she seems highly recommended and pro VBAC but I was wait listed until June/July which would put me at 26-34 weeks depending on what day I actually get the appointment. So I was thinking of simply purchasing the Antenatal Package at City and going with one of the other recommended doctors there and then, depending on my appointment with Dr. Elsa I'd then switch to her. I'd already be at the same hospital, all my records already there, etc. I could very well like the doctor I have and choose to stick with her but at least I'd have a highly recommended as excellent pro VBAC doctor as a back up just in case, right? Is 26-34 weeks to late to plan on potentially switching doctors??? I really want to have a successful VBAC and Dr. Elsa seems like the way to go.
