Good morning ladies,
Can any of you recommend a good venue for Friday brunch for couples. We have been to lots with big groups of friends but would like to try a brunch now as a couple. Somewhere a little more intimate than the big party party ones!
TIA

I would say Ewaan at the Palace Downtown, Traiteur at Park Hyatt or La Parilla at Jumeirah Beach hotel. All have seating for couples and you won't feel lost in the hoge crowds

Toro Toro in the Grosvenor House is excellent and all served at the table, Im not really a bruncher, as I'm not really a fan of buffets and think they often just serve the cheapest wines etc, but I was well impressed with this one and it's not one where you feel awkward just being the two of you. 500 dhs with alcohol including a quite nice sparkling wine/ red and white and beer and they made cocktails fresh at a drink trolley at you table (no champagne package though, which I'm not really fussed about anyway). Aw sounds lovely! Is this a churrascaria style brunch? First you get a selection of starters at the table, after that it is churrascaria (by far the best I tried, really high quality cuts, especially the tenderloin and there were nice prawns too) with a selection of very good side dishes. At the end it was two kind of cakes and fresh fruit, although delicious, it was getting a bit too much......

Ewaan at The Palace is super chilled and lovely, my husband and I go together a lot. Great food, good booze, live jazz/Spanish music, not loud but more lounge music. Love love love!
