Thank you- what's the traffic and access in and out like though?

Situated on the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd, with a big interchange right next to it, Motor City next door, and Mall of The Emirates a straight road into the city centre, it's located perfectly. The access in and out of theMudon is not the easiest the traffic can be somehow bad in the morning, the exit onto the Shiekh Mohammed bin Zayed road is easy, there isn't usually much traffic there.
