Hello Ladies

Looking for recommendation for AC duct cleaning. We are getting Sani service to quote over the weekend but also looking for other quotes, has anyone used any other companies for AC duct cleaning and how did you find them?

Thank you

I get my AC ducts clean every 12 months here in Dubai as my daughter suffers with allergies, in the past I've used various companies but I tried Enviroclean this week and they really impressed me with their efficiency and Professionalism. Rick & Johnny were friendly and knew exactly what our issues were. As soon as they left our property they sent my husband all of the before & after photos, we were amazed! We’ve recommended them to family and friends, also Gareth who organised the appointment was very polite and helpful. If you require duct cleaning give Enviroclean a call on 800 368 476.

I know that this is a very old forum. Still I have to say, go for saniservice, I haven't seen a better service company than them in Dubai. They are a bit expensive though, but the service quality is excellent.

We used a new company called "Jobs Done" and they were brilliant. Good price and brilliant service. I'd definitely recommend them. Phone 050 4560152

I don't believe Smashing Cleaning would have caused any damage to the ducts if they had come out without first inspecting ( no I don't work for the company). They definitely know how to clean properly and are not just gung-ho and deal with major air-con problems. I know as we have had a massive problem and they have helped us immensely. Everyone however finds a company that suits them.

If you want an excellent professional service, I would recommend Saniservice. Only wish I could afford them each time! If you want a cheaper alternative, better than your run of the mill maintenance guys who does not remove more dust than a sneeze can, but not as good as Saniservice, Jim will fix it, is a good option.

Hi there barlas, update for you. I was asking for a quote for a 3 bed villa, with lounge, dining room and maids room. Ducting corresponding to 5 units, they usually quote per unit and living space areas I was told so good to know how many you have in the property. I asked the following 4 companies for quotes: Sani service - inspection showed damaged so recommended they do not do the work Churchill - inspection showed damaged so recommended they do not do the work Smashing - did not inspect just emailed us a quote for 4200 dhs Quality Care - did not inspect just emailed us a quote for 4500 dhs Both Sani Service and Churchill got back to me with an appointment to inspect the ducts for a quotation report including photos (free of charge) within hours. Smashing and quality care just emailed me a quote per the number of units and did not inspect the ducts before quoting. Have to admit having had both Sani-Service and Churchill inspect the ducts first there is no question I would rule out both Smashing and Quality Care on the basis they didn't come to look at the condition of the ducts as Sani Service and Churchill both discovered rips in the duct linings meaning cleaning of the ducts would not be suitable for the villa as the ducts are already damaged. If we had agreed to go with Smashing or Quality Care just on the quote we would have ended up paying for work to be done that wasn't suitable and would have further damaged the duct linings. Both Sani Service and Churchill seemed very professional, I know Sani service have a reputation for higher costs however given the professionalism during the visit you can see the difference in the technicians level of knowledge compared to some companies in dubai. I know someone who has used Churchill and they were very happy so based on the above I would happily contact either Sani service or Churchill in the future if a different property needed the ducts looking at. Hope that helps

We had our AC duct cleaned by Saniservice this August, paid 4 175 AED for two bedroom/ 6 living spaces/ 3 duct split units/ 2 access panels installed. And better to leave home while they will be cleaning as they will cover everything, and anyway it will impossible to do anything. They came at 9 a.m.,left at 4 p.m.

Katelyn, Can you please share how much these companies are quoting for their work (and for how many bedrooms)? Will be needing such service in a month time as we'll be moving and this is the first thing I want to do in the new apartment. TIA
