I think we lasted through five songs. I was kind of torn between feeling sorry for the girl and then really very annoyed on behalf of everyone who had paid money to watch this shambles. I'm not sure which bit was worse - the part where she cleaned her nails through each song, took her earrings out and stared at them in a confused fashion or needed to take a significant break between each track to remind herself what the heck she was doing.... oh my. in the afternoon i felt bad about not having a ticket but now i am glad we couldn't go. seriously, the other thread has lots of wisdom: how come we could go to jail for kissing, driving after a beer, etc but then they bring paris hilton, amy winehouse and alike and celebrate them?

The sound check obviously wasn't done and she was just mumbling into the mike. She was continually rubbing her arms and looking around aimlessly - if I didn't know better I would have said she was going cold turkey. For someone with a normally strong voice & character is was a real shambles.
