I just had the worth experience in my life in this salon in Dubai in Dukes hotel, I booked appointment for today, they moved me for tomorrow without informed me. And what I see my hairdresser doing in my appointment time? She is washing hair Phillipino receptionist girl! And thats why they change my appointment for tomorrow! I had problems with them before - I booked one hairdresser - they gave me another one, it was happens a few times like this. And often in that salon nobody - no hairdresser, no receptionist. That salon do not have any management now, they do what ever they want. If they do something wrong - you have nobody to complain. Hairdresser more interesting to wash hair receptionist girl for free than do something for client, make some money. Staff from UK came to party to Dubai, they have no interest to work.

I have been going to Toni & Guy for 10 years, never had a problem, maybe lucky with the stylists i have had, been going to a girl chelsea for couple of years she is fab. Moved to DIFC last few months emirates towers closed down. Girls can i ask who does your colour at grand hyatt? i go to a girl called charnette or sharnette ( sorry lost her business card for spelling of her name ) - i have been going to her for past 7 years give or take the odd time away. she listens and makes suggestions to best suit you. she never just does her own thing like some try to do. i like her.

I have been a customer of toni and guy at grand hyatt for ever since they opened there and am very happy with my hair - my colorist knows me so well in terms what suits me and my personality. I have never been disappointed. In terms of haircut I have changed a person there a few times but now have found someone who cuts my hair perfect everytime and listens to what I want and what would suit me and my lifestyle! I am a happy customer of Toni and Guy!

i go to toni and guy in grand hyatt and the lady that does my highlights is fantastic, i've never had any problems at grand hyatt branch, but the other branch when it was in em towers, was awful.

I had highlights and a fringe cut with them a few years ago. The highlights started close to my scalp one side and about a centimetre away on the other, and my fringe wasn't straight. When I went back to complain they told me it was all meant to be like that!

Burnt the back of my neck whilst i was having a blow dry done. didnt even apologise.. I kept saying that the dryer is very hot ( hotter then it should be ) but I was told its normal ! I could see thick smoke coming from my hair as she pulled the strands to dry it and this awful rancid smell which smelt like burnt flesh :( never again I now go to Hairworks in Ibn Battuta ..
