I tried the Dermalogica facial Pro60 in Nail Atelier Salon here in Lamar mall. It's so amazing. My skin was treated very well. I love how they saved my skin from horrible acne. Just need to maintain and go there regularly and I also bought maintenance from them. good thing that they always has offers! I love them. highly recommended

Thanks for the info ladies. I will try for an appointment with Lydia at Essa as I am working in JLT, hopefully it won't be 2 months! Dani @ Essa is good too.

I got a dermalogica facial at Dubai Mall and to tell you honestly, i wasnt impressed at all for the price I paid - it was quite expensive for a mediocre facial. She didnt do all extractions properly and I still had marks...Having said that, I was one of the first customers of Lydia and recommended her on this wesbite too but since then, its been a year and it has been impossible for me to get an appt with her. She is either not working at the times that I want or is completely booked. They ask for a 2 months wait to get an appt. Am quite upset abt that, although happy that she is doing well but she should think of a succession plan or train someone else to manage her customers and timings better. I go to a lady at Patsy Collins in Mirdif and she is the best I have known. It is a bit of a drive and she uses Guinot products, but I had bad acne and she is the only one who has managed to clear it all out...everybody that I have suggested her to, dont go else anywhere. Best of luck in finding someone reasonable and good! Hi SanRan, Can you share the details of the Patsy collins place ar Mirdif and the lady who does the facials ? I have acne and dry skin and would love to go based on recommendations.

I was just yesterday for a facial at Essa and Lydia is looking into hiring one more lady who will get traines as per her standards. Hope she will be as good as Lydia. Yes its a shame that you have to make appointments two month in advance.

I recommend you go to Lydia at Essa Beauty in JLT. She is very good. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Essa-Beauty/258891894174656 I second this. Lydia has also been awarded something like the best facial expert in Dubai or something similar by Dermalogica themselves so what better recommendation. Furthermore she not only knows her stuff but she is also a really lovely person. Definitely give her a try. edited by monkeyface on 10/02/2013

Beyond Beauty on JBR Sadaf plaza level do dermologica facials. They have a special offer this weekend for their anniversary celebrations and I am just off for a free consultation and 20 min dermologica flash exfoliation. Never had a facial there before so no recommendation but just letting you know they do it and maybe it is the right end of town for you.

I went to the Dubai Mall location a few months ago. I have not had enough experience with facials to really comment on how well and experienced they were. However, I was a bit put off that immediantly after the facial and consult they were pushing me to make my next appointment and even called a week later asking me to make one again. I have only had a few here and that did not happen elsewhere. I know it is very minor but just found it slightly annoying

Avoid the Dermalogica store at Dubai Mall. I was a regular there for facials untill all the regular girls left very quickly after each other. The new staff have been awful and very inexperienced in my opinion. a complete waste of my money. maybe Hotpot is right, my experience was long time ago, so i may not be aware of the changes, the one who served me there was quite good and helpful and that was 2 years back i guess

I have been to a salon called Heavenly Spa in Dorra Bay Building at the far end of the Marina (Jebel Ali side) They use Dermalogica as well, and what I like about the lady that does the facial, she doesn't try to sell you a lot of products. I don't like being pushed into buying things I am not interested in.
