Dear all,
Does anyone know of any gyms that would allow a 14 year old to join in the new dubai area, and one which does not require a personal trainer to be with them all the time

Thanks

I've asked Fitness First in Motor City if they could not do sort of circuit training for teens, but they don't want to give membership to under-16s. Apparently they are not covered by insurance should anything happen while a teen is training without a personal trainer. So I don't think you'll be able to find a gym that allows teens in without PT.

I think that Sarahlou is right... We live in a big compound and my husband sought special permission for of boys to use our compound gym. They are both under 16. Permission was granted, but they have to be accompanied by one of us and they are not allowed to use the weights/do any weight training.
