They use to be allow at Metropolitan Sheikh Zayed Road in the appartments connected to the hotel. Haven't been there in a while so maybe worth checking!

Does anyone know where you find out the current rules and regs about dogs, please? Not just hotels where they're allowed (if we go to Oman, will we have to leave our dog at a pet hotel, for example), but where we can walk them? I thought parks and beaches would be OK, if they're on a leash, but I understand not, nowadays?

Ditto to confirm Trade Centre Apts allow dogs ....... love the apts, a bit dated, but pretty spacious (close to 1500sqft for 2 bedroom) and the facils are great with 25m pool + pool bar (brilliant luxury), gym, good social aspects etc etc etc. Looking at around 7 or 8k a month for a 2 bedder. HTH x

We have friends who moved into the Trade Centre Apartments around this time last year when they were waiting for their next villa to be ready. They're not the flashiest apartments but they do (or at least did last year), allow dogs. You could maybe try the Habtoor apartments behind the Metropolitan, I think they allow dogs.

If you get stuck, there are always apartments for short lease that allows dogs. All the Emaar ones in The Greens do, and great for dog walking.

I can't think of the name of the apartments but it is the one next to the Marriort at the Marina, they allow dogs, and am pretty sure there are 2 or 3 others, but can't remember the names. I am sure that somebody will know on here later....
