iPhone 5 help

I purchased an iPhone 5 yesterday and once I got it home discovered that it's the US version.
I understand that the US version uses a new 4G connection called LTE but that the UAE has not implemented that faster network yet. Is that right?
While I was out today, I noticed the phone displayed LTE in the upper left corner where it would normally say 3G, etc.
I guess what I'm wondering is if I'm going to have any trouble with it usage-wise? I'm not very tech-savvy! Any help or info would be very much appreciated!

why would you give 200 dhs? if you told them clearly then they should have listened.taking your phone back after 48 hrs is not possible. God knows what they might have done with it.be strict and talk to their manager.

Ladies, I'm interested to hear your opinions on what I should do. An update and some more advice needed: A few days ago, E-City Electronics purchased my old iPhone 4. I was there on two different occasions, speaking to two different gentleman. On each occasion they asked me which version I had. Since I've had it for 2 years (and not tech savy, haha) I wasn't sure and I told both of them that. Both men looked at my phone, checked it was working, etc. Now, 48 hours after I actually sold it to them, one of them calls me to say it's not the 4s like he thought and he wants me to pay an additional 200dhs. I was honest with them up front, gave both of them an opportunity to look at the phone. And if I thought I would have gotten 200dhs less I probably would have never sold my iPhone 4. What should I do?

iPhone 5 battery certainly isn't great, but neither was the one in my iPhone 4 so I'm used to the regular recharge routine, although it is bit of a pain. If you google this issue you'll see loads of people have the same problem, there are some recommendations that may help you to increase battery life, but no magic method i've found to make a huge difference with the phones I've had. There are times when I think back to the days when my trusty Nokia could go 3 or 4 days between recharges, it also worked fine after being dropped (lots of times), still worked fine after ending up in the sea once, it didn't need a fancy case to protect it and it was much more comfortable to hold and use as a phone! Saying this though, I do love getting all my emails on my phone, the many apps and games, music etc etc that the iPhone offers...

I got my iPhone 5 from DU and it also supports LTE, but it does not have Facetime.

Great, thanks Forty_Winks, that makes me feel a bit more relaxed about it. :) MUBAR: I got it at E-CITY Electronics in MCC. I hadn't planned on getting a new phone but they bought my iPhone 4 which took quite a bit off the price of the iPhone 5. And yes, it has Facetime. I got mine from etisalat but have LTE. I dont think LTE is only for the american version iphone 5. sad to say, i dont have facetime :(
