Hope you find her soon... maybe try seeing if you can get her a little harness to walk her in. My boys used to slip their collars off so tey they have harnesses now so no escape.... Good Luck.

Thanks for all your replies. I did try the puppy ad - thank you, but it is not her. The security men at Star International saw her at about 7pm on the same Friday running past the school. - so frustrating as we were out there at the time calling for her. There was also one other sighting of her along 10a about the same time, and some boys saw her near Emirates International School. It seems she must have been running up and down, but not responding to our calls, if she heard us. Got the posters made and at the printers now. Will start putting them up within the next hour or two.

Someone is advertising a puppy found near Choithram's on Wasl - isn't that near where you lost her? It's on pets forum. A remote possibility I admit but I suggest this since everyone always thinks our Chi is a pup - although he is full grown. Good luck.

Gosh i am so sorry to hear this. I have a young dog too and would feel the same. I am a teacher at Star International so i will keep a close eye out for her on my journeys to and from work and also throughout the day, my classroom looks onto the road. I do hope you find her safe and well.

Oh I really hope you find her, I don't live in your area, but my little dog is equally precious to me. I know that chihuahas are skittish, don't stop looking, spend as much time in the area as possible. Will she allow people to pick her up? My little one will run a mile before allowing anyone to handle her. Pls let me know if you find her.

A friend lost her dog in jumeirah, she found him 24hours later near dumpers scrounging for food. It's not much of a tip, but I hope you find your dog.
