Send him to belhoul hospital. I will get my sister to bandage it. She did her residency in ortho so would know how. AND she will not charge him......though I wonder why you dont just take him to Iranian hosp or some place close yourself, its faster, more humane and you wont get him into trouble. He does after all work for you indirectly. I had asked a friend of mine if I should take him to the hospital and she said not to - could get complicated... she suggested we pay for a taxi to get him there. I am hesitant to send him in a taxi because will he use that money wisely? He does seem to have his head on his shoulders, but I don't know him all that well as he has only been working for me for about 5 weeks - he took over my normal gardner's position while he went on vacation. His English is poor, so I am not sure he understands everything I say. I printed a picture of a plaster for a broken wrist and told his boss to call me. I'll see what happens tomorrow and take it from there. He does not have a health card....

I know this sounds really heartless but please make sure this is not a scam.

What you could do is club together ( I'm sure he gardens many villas and pay for the rest of his treatment) we all did this recently re an operation ours had to have and really worked out very little but he has been so grateful but his work is always perfect and we didn't want to loose him just an idea, worth looking into.

by law; he should have medical insurance. Take him to Iraninan hospital (shudder) with his x-rays and it shouldn't be much to have a cast put on. And then i would call al ameen.
