I normally have this done in London by Dr Milo who is great but I have just moved here and I would appreciate a recommendation by anyone who has had this procedure done locally?

By using Restylane Perlane, this procedure can improve tired eyes, baggy eyes and dark circles under the eyes. Top eye surgeons have reported that many of the patients who were previously having surgical excisions for lower eye bags (blepharoplasty), are now getting even better results with the injection of Perlane[/i].

Dr Jaffa Khan & Dr Al Shunnar seem popular for other procedures but I cant see anything relating to tear troughs?

I heard a lot about Dr Malda Aldaoudi but I have not got a treatment with her yet, but my good friend got rid of under-eye dark circles and it was really nice it wasn't surgical it was just by injection and with minimal pain. I'm not sure if she is still at the same location.

So are you looking for botox and fillers or fat transfer? What is the procedure exactly? Dr. Ahmed Abdullah is the new medical director at Eternity Medicine Institute (first saw him at American Academy in healthcare city) and he does fat transfers for tear troughs and under the eye. He was trained in the US and is just started up out here. He did my nose about a month ago and I was considering facial fat transfer but decided to just do one thing at a time for financial reasons. Of all the plastic surgeons I talked to when looking for the right guy, he seemed like the most practiced, knowledgeable and all around best doctor.

Dr Gauba is based at the Imperial Healthcare Institute in dubai healthcare city. Their number is 04 4393737. He is very busy and popular so may only get an appointment several weeks away- my little trick is I usually ask to speak to the manager Lena when I really need an appointment soon and she always manages to arrange it. I hope your consultation was productive. In fact Dr Gauba is an oculo-plastic surgeon making him a super-specialised expert for plastic surgery around the eyes. I go to him for botox and filler and have seen many of his patients and pictures of surgical work he has done - he is an artist not just an eye specialist! If you see him you will know what i mean...

@ Ang Lou if anyone will know what the latest procedure is or whether the particular procedure you're after is carried out in DXB, it'll be Dr. Jaffer Khan! Gauba is an ophthalmologist, granted he'll offer some advice but realistically the bottom line is that it's a comestic impovement so to speak. You might end up having to eventually see a plastic surgeon on Gauba's recommendation. Call Dr. Khan's clinic and ask them if such a procedure is carried out, it'll save you some time. Anyway, just thought I'd throw that in, food for thought :)

I have had this done twice in London and it took 10 years off - my husband even noticed! I was dissapointed when I couldn't find anyone here that did the same procedure but I have booked in with Dr Gauba this week to see what my options are.....
