I think Aleandro, by Gaga, was worse.Equally, if not more, insulting to men. The world is in a negative economy. And, se x sells. So this doesn't surprise me. They are trying to make money.

Well, I tried to put restrictions on my children's iPads. I selected the Saudi level restrictions on YouTube or videos, and I could still watch everything, so I have to block the Internet totally, as they know how to go to YouTube themselves otherwise.

It isnt just the lyrics. The video features half nak*d models prancing around with such nonchalence so as to seem cool, on trend and normal, when she has been completely utterly objectified. Vile. Millions of young men and women are watching this and the subconscious message is loud and clear. The music industry has a lot to answer for and its high time censorship and guidelines are introduced to protect young children that must be watching, as self censorship and responsibility is all but dead nowadays. I dont think music labels do it for the money anymore, but to promote a culture thats at war with respecting women, and projecting them with dignity. I wish the world would wake up.

Worst. Lyrics. EVER! I feel like minutes of my life have gone and ill never get them back. I am embarrassed for the lyricist that he/she called this acceptable. I'm more sad for society that we are assumed to be so dumb that we go 'woo hoo' to near illiteracy. Shudder.

I heard this song months ago and didn't like what it was implying, yet all radio stations keep playing it. the song I am talking about is: Robin Thicke's blurred lines. yes it is like the whistle song, still blured lines is all about rape. this song really ticks me off and make me switch off the radio or turn the channel, however that's me who do this, however so many men( youth and young boys) and so grown up men do listen to this song, and it does really promote the rape culture, just read the lyrics and you will understand what I am talking about. I didn't know it was? http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/robinthicke/blurredlines.html
