It would have to be anything from the Texas State Fair. Deep fried everything, and the deep fried beer was particularly awful!

Baby sparrows in France-we were advised to eat the whole bird feet and all-I chickened out and told the host I was avegetarian So you "chickened out" of eating baby birds, :D LOL Wouldn't you-especially as they were placed feet up on the plate! The other interesting food I had was made by my then future mother in law-2 sheeps heads-facing in opposite directions- on a platter surrounded by stuffed hearts-didn't tell her till a few years later that I had lied about being a vegetarian that day too! For sure! Would have done the same too if I'd known the "chicken" I was offered in China was actually bat. can't imagine bats have much meat on!-and I am allergic to chicken anyway-weird i know-I can eat any other poultry

I sooooo cannot keep up with ya'll! You're much too intelligent & quick-witted for me. I certainly enjoy reading it, though! I much prefer gator in a shoe or handbag form. In my stomach ... I made about as big a scene as my 9 y/o when "sampling" it. Not v.mature of me.

So many people had pet dogs... I was really suprised. Every second person has a dog, loads of poodles and small dogs (and yes they were pets, lol). edited by TOLB on 08/08/2012 Those are the status symbols.

Tastier than brain that she'd had in Karama she enjoyed the dog, without too much drama next for desert, was a chicken's beak her reputation would be ruined, if anyone leaked deep fried, and served with a toffee-plum sauce but would this meal end after this tasty course?

i dont think eating dog is as common in certain paces as we think. I dont think I ate it. Did you ever see any stray dogs wandering around a street whilst in Beijing.....?

She took a bite, and thought 'how tasty' but then had thoughts she'd been too hasty what looked like such a tender steak was not beef, but some sort of fake it belonged on a lead or curled up on a rug as what she had eaten, was actually a PUG!
