never used baby food from grocery stores always made batches of avocado , steamed peas, Green beans, blueberries, carrots, etc and froze them. No matter what the labels on baby food say whether it's organic or not, no food should have an expiry date that is 1 year. I also feed her what we eat. Staying away from the food that cause allergies..

I used VitaMeal for my son. It is a halal Moroccan brand available in Aswaaq and Carrefour.

In Dubai you're not spoiled for choice. I always use Hipp. As for yoghurt: for the first 1,5 year we used Rachel's. Expensive, but there's no sugar added. edited by Notnewintown on 19/06/2013

Guys, My 6.5 month old has started his solids. So far, I am serving him pureed vegetables and fruits. I was thinking of trying out the store brought ones as they would be handy while traveling. Any suggestions on which brands to opt for? Which baby yougurt is recommended? Also, where do you buy it from? Thanks.
