I know no delivery is whitout pain I had my first one in July 2009 and it lasted 20 hours...
But I just wanted to reassure myself by reading this book
I'ts not a bad idea I think That's all I can have
Lots of other women for their deliveries have the great chance to have their mothers, or mother in law, near them at the time of the delivery

I use ship and shop with certain things from Amazon. You could post it to a friends house where they will ship to and then they could forward the book to you.
