We're looking at the Uppababy Vista for our stroller. Lots of neat features and a huge basket underneath plus it seems very sturdy. Does anyone have it and what are your thoughts?? Thanks!

Another first timer here :) Are you working? There are quite a few Feb first timers at the coffee mornings! Would love to have another!

Good to know. Think I might go for the red as I like the silver frame! Looking forward to trying it out now...I don't think I've heard a bad thing about it. I'm 19 weeks! Good luck on yours too!

I have seen red, black, green and (I think) silver...I say I think as not sure if I saw that on-line or in store but pretty sure it was instore. There was a lady in there when we were last looking who bought it earlier in the year and she came over and told us we had to buy it and she thoroughly recommended it - great to know! Good luck with the scan....how far along are you? We are also waiting until after our big scan?! Good Luck!xx

Thanks TDB for the info! sunglow - Glad to know they have it in the store and just don't have it for order only. How is the color selection? I think they have only 3 colours online. Will let you know when we order, I'm waiting for my scan in two weeks time and then will go over and try it out!

Good to know TDB - thanks! Am guessing that the stroller system wouldn't be an awful lot more...... Torjetaylor - we have tried it lots of times in Just Kidding - both G&D Park and the SZR branch....think they know us personally now - a little embarrassing! Good Luck - please let me know when you order it....think we are also looking at Nov/Dec time. Not sure whether to just hang on and get in UK as will be travelling quite soon (I hope) after baby is born.

Hi ladies, I also have the Uppababy Vista and love it. I bought it in the UK and my family brought it as part of their luggage allowance when visiting. It did have to go into outsize baggage (was still in the box) but there was no charge or fees. We also bought the snug seat for it which was really worth it as it means you can use the stroller part right away if you want and our nosey LO has been loving being in the seat from 12 weeks thanks to the snug seat. The one thing I would say is that it is a little but wider than other strollers, I find I bumped the back wheels (the stroller's widest point) a lot at the beginning! Still wouldn't change it though!

Thanks sunglow! 48 euros isn't much actually, I was expecting more. But I think we might get hammered by customs when it comes in... : / Planning on buying in November most likely. Have you tried it out in person anywhere in Dubai?

http://hugzbabystore.com/uppababy-vista-travel-system-denny-red.html Here you are! I contacted them and they told me an extra 48euros to ship here. Not sure about the cost once it arrives in terms of getting it through customs though. When do you plan on buying?

Thanks for replies! Looks like this one is a winner. Did you all buy it here or get it shipped? Looked into shop and shipping it from US and it seems that the prices are similar once you add the shipping. If we buy it from US, does the warranty hold here?

We have the uppababy vista and can't fault it at all. It comes with everything you need, built in sun shades, rain covers, insect nets. The carrycot for newborns is a good size and is well ventilated so is suitable for a baby to sleep in overnight. It also comes with adapters for maxi cosi car seat. We didn't buy the travel bag as thought it was rather pricey. I did buy a cheaper travel bag from amazon which did the job and had no problems on flights. Can recommend this pram enough!

We have the uppababy vista and really can't fault it! My daughter is coming upto a year and we still use it all of the time. The shopping basket is brilliant, I can fit a whole weeks food shopping in there. Also love the integrated sun shades. We did buy a few accessories which we've also been happy with - the infant snug seat, the snack tray and the travel bag - a must have for flights.

Hi ladies, We're also pretty much sold on the Uppababy vista. Having seen the Quinny (which is what we were going to get first) and then the mamas &papas and Oyster prams we think this is the better option. It's ad great review on mumsnet and is at the top of their list http://www.mumsnet.com/reviews/pushchairs/travel-systems Sunglow, if you could post details of the Europe website, that would be fab!

Hello. I am sold on the vista now. Have done so much research and also spoken to people here who have it who can't recommend it highly enough. Storage is apparently amazing and very similar weight etc to bugaboo. I also found a website that will ship from Europe at a good price and take tax off etc. Will try and repost details later. edited by sunglow on 14/09/2013

We're also looking at the Vista - I like that it comes with all the stuff you need like carrycot, car seat adaptors, insect nets, built-in sunshade etc and you don't need to buy endless bits separately. Can't help with reviews, other than that my sister has it and she loves it. Will be interested to see any reviews from Dubai mummies though!
