keep in mind that women have always been having babies at this age, in the context of larger families. Risks go up, but they are still really low. Its ok to let yourself get excited!

A lot of woman have babies at this age. As long as she goes for all the pregnancy check ups any concerns can be addressed asap. There are also a number of tests offered to pregnant women which she can have if she wants to.

A friend of mine had a baby at 39, and then twins at 41, all perfectly healthy! I've known others having babies around that age as well, and all have had healthy babies. So don't worry, your sister should be fine too :)
