1. Take care of yourself.
It might seem counterintuitive, but you need to take care of yourself first. You know how on planes they insist you put your oxygen mask on first, before your child's? Yeah, that applies to life too.
Make time for yourself to workout, sleep well and eat right. It may seem impossible at first, but once you find your rhythm, you will feel more energetic than ever and ready to tackle the challenges parenting brings.

2. Say NO.
Prioritise and keep it simple to retain your and your child's sanity.

3. Build a support system.
Talking to other parents might also give you new ways to deal with your current problems. A good support system goes a long way!
