This Dad's Game Of Thrones Illustrations Are As Kid-Friendly As It Gets
Hot Winter Is COMING!

Unless you’re living under the rocks (which is acceptable if you have a tiny tot to raise) you’d know that Game of Thrones Season 7 has begun.
For parents who’re loyal GOT fans, the struggle to watch it is REAL. There’s a very short span of time when the kids are off to bed and the internet hasn’t exploded with spoilers.
Martin Bruckner, dad of a five-year-old daughter, went through the same struggle and came up with the perfect illustrations to explain the PG18 show to his kid. Brutal, deadly, gory — all words you'd readily associate with Game of Thrones have nothing to do with Martin Bruckner’s creative illustration.

Bruckner isn’t new to the world of parenting or illustrating. About three years ago, he started illustrating the hilarious things his toddler daughter said. He then compiled some of these quote images that he created a book called “I Love You with All My Butt.”
He’s now a full-time illustrator with a growing fan following on Tumblr, Instagram, and Facebook, where he posts illustrations of his daughter’s strange and adorable quotes, as well as other drawings he does use pop culture figures like super heroes, celebrities and music icons.
In his own words, “Late last spring, as we inched closer to the joy of summertime, Harper looked at me and said: “Dad, I’m really ready for the Hot Winter”. Being a big “Game of Thrones” fan I instantly imagined Jon Snow saying “Hot Winter is Coming.” The idea stuck in my head all year long and it all turned into this!”
