I think it's safe to assume that the employees have a laptop at home? There are on-line videos (in sessions) where one can develop an American "neutral" accent. But it would be up to each individual to have the discipline to work on these lessons. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o9uBSTs2e1A&feature=relmfu There are a ton of videos on youtube about accents/elocution.

i was trained in [b'>Nadya Institute[/b'> a few years ago, i think it was a 4 week training on [b'>Costumer service[/b'>, they make you do presentations in front of other people answer calls, etc it was very helpful, didn't need it for my speaking skills, but it was offered by my previous company, so [b'>i wen[/b'> for it! Hope it helps. lol.....did they teach dressmaking as well? LOL, me can't Spell!! *Customer service* just made me smile over my tea after a hectic morning :)

i was trained in Nadya Institute a few years ago, i think it was a 4 week training on Costumer service, they make you do presentations in front of other people answer calls, etc it was very helpful, didn't need it for my speaking skills, but it was offered by my previous company, so i wen for it!
