Anyone been to see this yet? Would you recommend it for 5-yr olds?

It's very appropriate, I can only think it's a pg 13 as captain haddock likes to have a drink! There is nothing in there to scare or offend, there is no 'toilet humor'. It's lovely .

Oh no! Why PG-13? Wanted to take my 9 and 11 year old DDs this weekend. Bigfoot, would you say it's appropriate for this age?

I took my 2, they loved it - it's also the first kids movie that I have seen in a long while that has no innuendos or rude words in it! Highly recommend it.

I am just reading this week's reel cinema leaflet (collected from dubai mall) and it says it is "PG 13" rated.

I haven't seen it yet, but I'm so excited to! I've loved the books since forever :)
