It's attached to the Al Quoz Mall in Al Quoz 3 - take Um Suqeim rd past Mall of Emirates, after Lulu Hypermarket pass traffic lights and continue on to next lights, turn left on to D72, at next traffic lights before Al Ahli Driving Centre turn left. Mall is on your right, medical fitness centre is at far end. Yes your maid can do her medical there - it is very busy so you might want to drop her there with taxi fare rather than wait. It was a bit chaotic there and I had to pay extra for courier delivery of the medical certificate and for the Hepatitus jab. After that we had to go to the municipal centre on Hessa St to do the ID card - that centre was bliss compared to the al Manara centre.
