For the Amber experts out there - This is the first time I will redeem points and I don't know how it works. According to the website I have enough to start redeeming and I can just go to the store and ask to pay via points.
My question is this - how do I know the value of the points? For instance, if I have 10,000 points does that equate to a dirham value?
I would have asked the customer service rep, but they weren't answering the phone. EW will probably be much faster. Many thanks.
