Hi wuffles
Some time ago you recommended the jewellery seller in Mercato for buying the teardrop shaped pendants with Arabic calligraphy on them. I've been to have a look, and they are exactly what I'm looking for, but I'm not getting much sense out of the lady who is on the stall, and quite frequently she hasn't been there at all and has needed to be fetched from somewhere else!
What I can't get to the bottom of is what happens about the designing. I'm not happy to hand over my cash before I've seen the design they come up with, especially as I'm not convinced she's understanding what I want. When you have bought from them in the past, what has the process been?
