Hi Oceancalm, We've been in our apartment over a year now. If you happen to be the first to move in, there may be some problems. We had a few teething problems such aas leaks and what not, but most of those were sorted quickly by salwan/idama. we haven't had any issues for ages now. The roads are a bit of a mess but the traffic is not a problem, everything moves fine. There are security guys on carparks and tower entrances 24/7, I come and go at all hours no worries. Shops are meant to open soon. There is another good thread with updates, if you search for Executive Towers it should come up first. We love living here.

Hello everyone Have seen some apartments today in Executive towers. Tower B and Tower K. Have heard mixed reviews, some horibble stories, please advise. Whats it really like living there.... I know the area around is construction site, but the agent told me that this would be done by RTA within the next 3 months. Also I work sometimes at the airport, so is it safe at night returning home, the carpark secured, etc Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Nessa and Juzzrach, what if we met on Sunday 30th at the K-Maid-Zone? Say at 4:30pm? Have two kids too, and live in Villa L nickym1d, I also dealt with FAM and they were fine. Happy to meet up at that time.....fefi75 I think I may have briefly met you inside your villa.......we were also being shown through and I gave you some baby wipes to use? Seems you must have beat us to the Villa though!

My son naps after school.. so his time for going out is after sunset!.. even after dinner at time around 8-9 I sometimes go too. We are the arab-looking couple with the kid on the bike and an 8 month old in my hubsnads arms. Arab-looking mostly because my husband has a beard and i am a niqabi.. but incase anyone is wondering we are originally form Pakistan! It would be nice to see and meet someone from here .. anyone living in tower F?

Hi Leshell, I am Aussie, haven't come across any othere Aussies yet but my kids friends are all various nationalities. Yes there are plenty of taxis and most seem to know where it is, a couple of times I have walked down towards the metro station and picked one up. I am one of those who's maid does the tower K thing, glad I don't live on level 1 of that tower quite noisy then! I rented from FAM properties they operate out of the business tower and found them through dubizzle. Hi Nessa72............I am Ozzy and I live in Tower M...........you mean you haven't noticed me? I am the Mum always bike and scooter riding with my 4 kids getting crazy looks from all of the maids probably wondering what I am doing? Why is that Mum down here spending time with her children? ;)
